Trade Further Flagship Rewards

1. Campaign Period

This campaign is valid for three months, from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027. During the campaign period, participants who meet the net deposit and valid trading volume requirements for the applicable tier may apply to redeem the corresponding reward. Upon approval by the platform, the trading credit or gift redemption will be arranged within 15 business days. Each redemption is calculated independently. Net deposits and trading volume already used for a redemption cannot be counted again and cannot be applied toward an upgrade by completing only the difference. Any subsequent application must independently satisfy the full requirements of the applicable tier.

2. Eligibility

This campaign is available only to clients and introducing brokers who satisfy TopWealth Trading's account-opening, identity-verification and compliance requirements. The platform reserves the right to determine eligibility based on account status, KYC status, trading activity, risk records and other compliance-related factors.

3. Net Deposit Calculation

Campaign tiers are determined based on the participant's cumulative net deposits during the campaign period. Net Deposit = Valid Deposits during the campaign period − Valid Withdrawals during the campaign period. After each successful redemption, the relevant net deposit amount will begin accumulating again. Internal transfers, transfers between accounts, trading credits, credit facilities, platform adjustments and any amounts that the platform reasonably determines are not genuine new external funds will not be counted as valid net deposits. Data from different accounts may not be combined unless otherwise confirmed by the platform in writing.

4. Reward Settlement

Participants must simultaneously meet the cumulative net deposit requirement and valid trading volume requirement for the applicable tier and pass the platform's final review before applying for the reward. Each net deposit amount and trading volume may participate in only one platform campaign during the same period. In cases involving abnormal trading, fund arbitrage, identity arbitrage, fictitious clients, misuse of related accounts, improper cashback arrangements or other inappropriate conduct, the platform reserves the right to reject, adjust or cancel reward eligibility.

5. Valid Trading Volume

Only trading volume completed under genuine and normal market conditions will be counted, and each transaction will be counted only once. Trades that exploit delayed quotations, abnormal prices, system vulnerabilities, liquidity abnormalities, or that the platform reasonably determines do not reflect genuine trading purposes may be excluded. The platform may review holding periods, trading frequency, instruments traded, trade direction, account relationships and other risk indicators.

6. Nature of Trading Credit

Campaign trading credits will be issued in the form of Balance to an application account approved by the platform. Such trading credit is a promotional reward and does not constitute the participant's original deposit. The platform retains the right to conduct ongoing reviews of campaign eligibility, net deposits, valid trading volume, related accounts and abnormal conduct. If any non-compliance with the campaign conditions is identified, the platform may cancel, adjust or claw back any trading credit already issued and any related gains.

7. Platform Review Rights

The platform may review participants' deposits, withdrawals, account information, trading records, IB relationships, device information, login environment and other relevant data. Based on reasonable judgment, the platform may consolidate related accounts for review purposes, exclude invalid trading volume, recalculate net deposits, adjust campaign tiers, delay reward issuance, cancel campaign eligibility, or claw back rewards already issued and any related gains.

8. Campaign Adjustment and Termination

In the event of severe market volatility, low liquidity, major news events, system abnormalities, abuse of campaign rules, changes in regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the platform reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the campaign in advance and to interpret, supplement and adjust the campaign rules. Relevant changes will be communicated through official channels recognised by the platform.

9. Important Notice and Risk Disclosure

Contracts for Difference (CFDs), foreign exchange, precious metals, indices, energy products, digital assets and other leveraged products involve a high level of risk, and clients may incur substantial losses within a short period of time. This campaign is solely a promotional reward arrangement offered by TopWealth Trading to eligible participants. It does not constitute investment advice, trading advice, a promise of returns, a profit guarantee, risk compensation, an invitation to open an account, or an invitation to deposit funds. Participants must not use this campaign to make promises of returns or capital protection to clients, or encourage clients to increase deposits, trading frequency or trading size for the purpose of obtaining rewards.
