This is professional indemnity insurance. It is not client money insurance, a deposit protection scheme or an investment guarantee, and it does not cover client losses arising from market movements, ordinary trading activity or changes in investment value.
Independent Dispute Resolution
DRS 5008622TopWealth Trading's New Zealand operating entity is a member of the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO) and holds a corresponding DRS membership number. Where an eligible client's complaint cannot be resolved through the company's internal complaints process, the client may apply to IFSO for independent dispute resolution, subject to IFSO's eligibility criteria and rules.
