Risk Parameter Adjustment Notice

Dear Valued Clients,

To manage potential market volatility, strengthen trading risk controls, and maintain a stable trading environment, TopWealth Trading will implement the following scheduled and temporary risk parameter adjustments.

1. Scheduled Risk Parameter Adjustments

1.1 Adjustment Schedule

The following risk parameter adjustments will be implemented on a recurring weekly basis:

• One hour before market close every Friday

• One hour before market open every Monday

1.2 Adjustment Details

Margin Requirements:

• The margin requirement for Gold (XAU/USD) and Silver (XAG/USD) will be adjusted to 1%.

• The margin requirement for Crude Oil products will be adjusted to 5%.

Freeze Level:

• The Freeze Level for Gold (XAU/USD) and Silver (XAG/USD) will be set to 300 points.

• When the distance between the market price and the relevant order price is less than 300 points, modification or adjustment of the affected orders will be restricted.

2. Temporary Risk Parameter Adjustments

To manage potential market volatility surrounding major economic data releases, the Company will implement temporary leverage adjustments during the following announcements.

2.1 Applicable Events

• US Consumer Price Index (CPI) releases

• US Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) releases

2.2 Adjustment Details and Schedule

• Applicable Products: Gold (XAU/USD) and Silver (XAG/USD)

• Temporary Leverage: 1:100

• Start Time: 10 minutes before the scheduled data release

• End Time: 10 minutes after the scheduled data release

During this period, leverage for the applicable products will be adjusted to 1:100. Normal leverage settings will be restored after the temporary adjustment period ends.

3. Risk Reminder and Recommendations

We recommend that clients review their account status, open positions, and margin levels in advance of weekly market closing and opening periods, as well as major economic data releases.

Please ensure that sufficient available margin is maintained to manage potential risks arising from changes in trading parameters and market volatility.

The Company may make further adjustments to the above risk parameters and implementation arrangements when necessary, depending on prevailing market conditions.
