Key Takeaways
- We have enabled USDT (TRC20) as a supported deposit and withdrawal channel for all account types.
- Settlement is typically within minutes, fees are nominal, and the channel is fully integrated into the client portal.
- Here is how it works.
We have enabled USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network as a supported deposit and withdrawal channel for all account types. The channel is now live in the client portal and operating with normal processing windows. Clients can begin using it immediately.
Why we added TRC20
USDT is the most-used stablecoin globally, and the TRON network has become the dominant settlement rail for retail USDT transfers across Asia-Pacific because of two characteristics:
- Low transaction fees — typically a few cents per transaction, regardless of amount.
- Fast finality — TRON transactions confirm in approximately one minute, with settlement to the broker account within a few minutes of receipt of the required network confirmations.
For clients in regions where bank transfer to international brokers is slow, expensive, or operationally difficult, USDT on TRC20 has become a practical alternative.
How to deposit
- Log into your client portal at client.top-wealth.com.
- Navigate to Funds → Deposit.
- Select USDT (TRC20) from the channel list.
- Enter the USDT amount you wish to deposit (minimum 50 USDT).
- The portal displays the broker's TRC20 deposit address and a corresponding QR code.
- From your own wallet or exchange, send USDT on the TRC20 network to the displayed address. Do not send any other token, and do not send from another network — funds sent on a different network or as a different token cannot be recovered.
- Once the transaction has the required network confirmations (typically 1-2 minutes), the deposit appears in your account balance.
How to withdraw
- In the client portal, navigate to Funds → Withdraw.
- Select USDT (TRC20) as the withdrawal channel.
- Enter the USDT amount and your destination TRC20 wallet address.
- Verify the address character-by-character before submitting. Crypto transactions are irreversible; a typo in the destination address results in permanent loss.
- Submit. Withdrawal requests received before 18:00 GMT+8 are normally processed the same day; requests received after that time are processed the following business day.
Fees and limits
| Operation | Minimum | Maximum | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | 50 USDT | No upper limit | Network fee only (paid by sender) |
| Withdrawal | 50 USDT | Per published limit by account tier | 2 USDT flat (network fee) |
USDT is held and processed at a 1:1 reference rate against the US dollar; small variations in market rate are absorbed by the broker and not passed to client account balances.
Important warnings
- Network compatibility: Only USDT on the TRC20 (TRON) network is supported through this channel. USDT on Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), or other networks sent to a TRC20 address cannot be recovered.
- Address verification: Always verify the destination address before sending. We recommend a small test transaction (the 50 USDT minimum) for first-time use of any new wallet pair.
- Exchange withdrawals: If withdrawing from an exchange, ensure the exchange supports USDT-TRC20 withdrawals (most do; a few do not) and that the network setting is explicitly set to TRC20, not the exchange default.
Support
For any issues with USDT deposits or withdrawals — delays, incorrect address sends, network mismatches — contact us at support@topwealthtrading.com with the transaction hash and timestamp. Our team can verify the on-chain status and, where the issue is recoverable, advise on next steps.
USDT deposits and withdrawals are subject to our Terms and Conditions and our anti-money-laundering policies. Crypto transactions are irreversible; we are unable to recover funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network. Stablecoin values, while typically stable at 1:1 with the US dollar, are not guaranteed and can vary in adverse market conditions.
